Woven can provide a super bill, on request so that you can get reimbursed by your PPO, HSA, FSA, employer, etc…

Initial appointment: $300
Follow up appointment: $200
Prenatal: $225
Pump flange fitting: $150
Travel fee
$100 for all home-visits
Please book an office visit or virtual visit to avoid the travel fee

Prenatal lactation visit
Prenatal appointments work well as in-home, in-office or Telehealth visit.
Book this appointment if your baby has not arrived yet and you are getting ready to breastfeed or chestfeed your baby.
I suggest prenatal visits to all clients, so you feel prepared for those early days.

Initial lactation visit
Book this appointment if this is the first time we are meeting since your baby was born.
Please make sure to fill out the forms that hit your inbox before our first meeting.
Urgent need: Please send me a text if your need is urgent, I can sometimes squeeze you in a bit sooner.

For the Lactation Network and Wildflower clients, as well as those purchasing the Lactation Support Services Package, there is a $100 travel fee if you live more than 15 minutes from Berkeley.
