Woven can bill some blue shield of California PPO plans through the lactation network. Coverage however is limited to 3 visits.

Prenatal lactation visit
Prenatal appointments work well as in-home, in-office or Telehealth visit.
Book this appointment if your baby has not arrived yet and you are getting ready to breastfeed or chestfeed your baby.
I suggest prenatal visits to all clients, so you feel prepared for those early days.

Initial lactation visit
Initial appointments consists of 2 parts:
A set up/history taking virtual check in
and home visit Home Visit (This does use 2 of your 3 visits)Book this appointment if this is the first time we are meeting since your baby was born.

Urgent need: Please send me a text if your need is urgent, I can usually schedule the virtual part of this appointment within the next 24 hours to give you a plan to tide you over till I can see you in-person.

Follow ups appointments can be in-home, in-office or Telehealth.
