How to get Wildflower coverage
Woven will bill Wildflower health clients through wildflower directly.
Out of pocket cost
Wildflower guarantees 100% coverage for 3-6 appointments, though you may be eligible for more appointments for medical need. Contact me for more info if you need more than 6 visits.
Travel fee
$100 for all home-visits

Prenatal lactation visit
Prenatal appointments work well as in-home, in-office or Telehealth visit.
Book this appointment if your baby has not arrived yet and you are getting ready to breastfeed or chestfeed your baby.
I suggest prenatal visits to all clients, so you feel prepared for those early days.

Initial lactation visit
Initial appointments consists of 2 parts:
A set up/history virtual check in
and home visit Home Visit. (This does count for 2 of your visits)Book this appointment if this is the first time we are meeting since your baby was born.
Please make sure to fill out the forms that hit your inbox before our first meeting.
Urgent need: Please send me a text if your need is urgent, I can usually schedule the virtual part of this appointment within the next 24 hours to give you a plan to tide you over till I can see you in-person.

Follow up lactation visit
Follow ups appointments can be in-home, in-office or Telehealth.
Book this appointment after our initial appointment together.
