How to get Cigna coverage
Woven can bill most Cigna plans with the group lactation practice, lactation consultants of America.
Most all Cigna PPO, POS, OAP, EPO are covered but if you would like to confirm coverage email the Lactation Consultants of America billing department to confirm coverage.

$100 for all home-visits

Prenatal lactation visit
Prenatal appointments work well as in-home, in-office or Telehealth visit.
Book this appointment if your baby has not arrived yet and you are getting ready to breastfeed or chestfeed your baby.
I suggest prenatal visits to all clients, so you feel prepared for those early days.

Initial lactation visit
Initial appointments consists of 2 parts:
A set up/history virtual check in
and home visit Home VisitBook this appointment if this is the first time we are meeting since your baby was born.
Please make sure to fill out the forms that hit your inbox before our first meeting.
Urgent need: Please send me a text if your need is urgent, I can usually schedule the virtual part of this appointment within the next 24 hours to give you a plan to tide you over till I can see you in-person.
