Swab the inside of your baby’s mouth with a q-tip soaked with a baking soda solution 3–4 x a day to get rid of their oral thrush quickly.
Applying baking soda & water to your nipples 3–4x a day can get rid of thrush quickly. So can increasing your intake of fermented foods, leafy greens & Biotin.
